Hi!! I see you are going to SWD in a couple of days.... I know you will have fun and I hope all your chords ring true in the competition.

I had talked with a couple of you guys a few years ago when my Dad died in Altus. I had wanted to get quartet or small VLQ to sing at the funeral and meal afterwards but, alas, you all couldn't do it. Being a Lead myself, I had hoped to get it together for the event.

I am originally from Altus and my twin sister and brother still live there. the Air Force parked me here in Nebraska but I come to Altus several times a year. I have been a Barbershopper for 18 years and am our webmaster. (site is viewable but is under repair from damage by a hacker).

My twin sister & I have our birthday this October 9th at the Friendship Inn in Altus. I wonder if any of you would be interested in makeing a few bucks and help another Barbershopper show a birthday group what our music is all about? Well, gotta go for now... again have a blast at SWD!! -- Pat Jones
